Sir,
I tend not to be a fan of the "cheat day." I coin mine the "treat day." Feel free to use this characterization too. We (those of us who work out) put or seem to put such negative spin on being healthy and happy, at the same time. My G-ma always says that people can and should do good things for themselves IN MODERATION. Too much of anything is enough, right? So, just as we drag our tired and flabby (lol) asses to the gym or wherever it is we do our workout, we should equally feel the freedom to treat ourselves every once and while to something that appeals to our appetite. Great blog!

Hmmm. Not a bad idea...I would have to find a little more music on them or hear their album so I could make a justified post, but I'm open to it. Sounds like I have a new project! Thanks for the comment C-Rock!
